We offer a limited number of early morning and evening appointments. 

For same day appointments it is best to call us. 

Any online booking request is not confirmed until you hear from us. When creating your account, please make sure your email and/or text notifications are turned on in order to receive your confirmation.

When creating a new account, please make sure you have selected Australia under the Country category if you wish to receive text confirmation.

DEPOSIT POLICY FOR NEW CLIENTS – PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING

Release Wellness Centre requires a 50% deposit to be processed to secure any first appointment in our Centre. We accept Credit/Debit Card transactions over the phone (including Amex), or via bank transfer. Please call 0433 505 878 between 9.30am and 3.30pm to process payment.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request 24 HOURS NOTICE.

** The deposit will be lost for any cancellation or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment.

** If a first-time client reschedules with more than 24 hours notice, the deposit will be kept to secure the next appointment.

** If a first-time client cancels and provides more than 24 hours notice we will process a refund.

** If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 HOURS NOTICE. 

** Appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice, will incur a fee of 50% of the service/s.

** No Shows: In the event of a no-show, you are responsible for FULL payment of the appointment.
